How we work
When you bring your laundry, we ask about your preferences. We also scan every care label during our quality check to make sure each item gets the right treatment. Our specialist checks items without a label.
Color separation
We ask if you want us to wash your colors separately. If yes, we sort your laundry by color before washing.
Stain treatment
We ask if you want stain treatment. If yes, we treat stains with eco friendly products before washing.
Indoor drying
When we scan the care label and it says "do not tumble dry", we automatically use indoor drying to protect your clothes. This is charged per item.
Track your order
After drop off you receive a WhatsApp message with a personal tracking link. Follow your laundry in real time, from washing to ready for pickup.
Regular laundry process
Machine wash with eco friendly detergents, tumble dry, iron and fold. Optionally with sorting by color, stain treatment and indoor drying.
Special care process
Gentle hand wash and indoor drying for items that cannot be machine washed. Optionally with stain treatment.
