CleanFold Eco Laundry is a modern, eco-friendly laundry service in Bali focused on quality, careful garment handling, and a professional customer experience. Our service is highly organized and customers can arrange everything easily online, from ordering to communication and pickup coordination.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly and responsible Local Front Desk Team Member to join our team. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

As our Front Desk Team Member, you are the first point of contact for our customers and represent the quality and professionalism of CleanFold.
You help ensure that every order is handled accurately, carefully, and according to our structured process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Explaining our services clearly (Regular, Express, Special Care, Indoor Drying)
- Entering orders accurately into our system
- Handling payments (cash and bank transfer)
- Communicating with customers via WhatsApp
- Coordinating with the laundry team to ensure smooth processing
- Managing pickups and deliveries

- Friendly and well-presented
- Good English communication skills
- Honest and responsible
- Comfortable using a computer and WhatsApp
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn and follow structured procedures
- Experience in customer service is a plus
