1. Who we are
This privacy policy applies to CleanFold Laundry, located at Jl. Padang Linjong No.7, Canggu, Bali, Indonesia, and covers our website, online ordering, our customer app, and our WhatsApp communication with you.
2. What we collect
To provide our laundry and delivery services we collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, delivery and pickup address, email address (if provided), order details (items, services, weight, special instructions), and payment status for your orders. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so our front desk can help you with current and future orders.
3. How we use it
We use your data to process and deliver your orders, to send order status updates (for example by WhatsApp), to answer your questions, to handle payments, and to improve our service. We do not use your data for anything beyond running CleanFold and communicating with you about your orders.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed through our payment provider, Xendit. We do not store your full card or bank details ourselves; Xendit handles payment data under its own security standards.
5. WhatsApp and messaging
We use WhatsApp Business to communicate with you about your orders, for example pickup and delivery confirmations, order status, and answering questions. Message content and your phone number are stored so our team can continue the conversation and look up your order history.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where necessary to provide our service: with delivery partners (for example Gojek) to arrange pickup and delivery, with our payment provider (Xendit) to process payments, and where required by Indonesian law.
7. Data storage and retention
Your data is stored securely with our technology providers (Supabase) and kept for as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Order and payment records are kept in line with Indonesian tax and business record requirements.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your language preference and to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.
9. Your rights and how to request deletion
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To request deletion of your data, contact us via WhatsApp at +62 813 3975 721 or email hello@cleanfoldbali.com with your name and phone number. We will confirm the deletion once it is processed, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices, for Indonesian tax purposes).
10. Changes to this policy
CleanFold may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
