CleanFold isn't a drop-off-and-hope laundry. Every order goes through the same five-step quality process, whether it's a single t-shirt or a villa's weekly linens.
On your first order, we ask a few quick questions: should we automatically apply stain treatment, does anything need indoor drying instead of the dryer, do you want a different detergent (baby-mild, no fragrance, no fabric softener, or your own), and any other preferences. We save this so every future order follows your rules automatically.
Every order gets a QR code that our staff scans at each stage, so you and we always know exactly where your laundry is.
We check care labels, note any existing stains or damage, and photograph everything. You get a WhatsApp message with a link to your tracking page so you can see those photos and the order details yourself.
Based on your preferences and what we found at intake, items go through the right process: regular machine wash and dry, or gentle hand wash and indoor drying for delicates, with stain treatment applied where needed.
We inspect everything again and let you know the result of any stain treatment before your order goes out, so there are no surprises.
And the entire thing can be managed without ever calling us: order online, set your preferences once, and request Gojek pickup with one tap when you are ready. We are an official Gojek partner with pickup built directly into our ordering flow.

We solve real laundry problems that people face in Bali
Tired of losing clothes at the laundry?
The problem
In Bali, orders get mixed all the time. Items disappear without a trace. You get someone else's underwear. It happens more often than you'd think.
Our solution
Every order gets a unique number. Your laundry is never mixed with other customers. We track your laundry step by step and mark it with a QR label. We always know where your clothes are.
Your clothing deserves better
The problem
Too many laundries throw everything in one hot machine or tumble dryer. Silk shrinks. Linen warps. Colors bleed. Your favorite pieces ruined in one wash.
Our solution
Every item is checked by trained staff. Delicate items are sorted separately. Hand wash option for silk, linen, and viscose. Indoor drying available for items that cannot be tumble dried.
Would you wash your clothes in this?
The problem
Tropical islands like Bali have naturally hard water with higher mineral content. Tap water often contains sediment and minerals that can leave residue on fabrics, making colors look dull and whites less bright over time. Regular tap water simply does not guarantee quality results when washing your clothes.
Our solution
We use a premium water filtration system. No standard Bali groundwater touches your clothes. Clean, filtered water for every wash. Your clothes come out fresher and last longer.
Kill 99.9% of bacteria and dust mites
The problem
Standard cold or lukewarm washing doesn't kill bacteria. In Bali's humid climate, mold and dust mites thrive in your fabrics. Perfect conditions for allergies and skin irritation.
Our solution
Hot wash option available at 60-90°C for maximum hygiene. Kills bacteria, dust mites, and mold spores. Popular with hotels, spas, and allergy sufferers. Your sheets, towels, and gym clothes truly sanitized.
Gentle on fabrics. Just clean.
The problem
Some detergents leave a strong smell and make clothes feel stiff.
Our solution
Detergent with biodegradable surfactants. Gentle on fabrics and colours.
Never miss your flight because of laundry
The problem
Your laundry wasn't ready when promised. No updates about delays. You needed it for your flight, for your meeting, for your date. Sound familiar?
Our solution
Choose your speed: 5 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours. Real-time tracking via QR code. Deadline alerts in our system ensure nothing slips through. We keep our promises.
No surprises. Ever.
The problem
Stains appear that weren't there before. Damage is hidden. No one tells you anything. You only discover problems when you unpack at home.
Our solution
Photos taken at intake document the condition of every item. Stain alerts sent via WhatsApp before treatment. You approve or decline stain removal. If treatment fails, you pay only 50%. No hidden surprises, ever.
