CleanFold isn't a drop-off-and-hope laundry. Every order goes through the same five-step quality process, whether it's a single t-shirt or a villa's weekly linens.
Tell us how to treat your clothes
On your first order, we ask a few quick questions: should we automatically apply stain treatment, does anything need indoor drying instead of the dryer, do you want a different detergent (baby-mild, no fragrance, no fabric softener, or your own), and any other preferences. We save this so every future order follows your rules automatically.
Order tracked from the first scan
Every order gets a QR code that our staff scans at each stage, so you and we always know exactly where your laundry is.
Quality check before we wash anything
We check care labels, note any existing stains or damage, and photograph everything. You get a WhatsApp message with a link to your tracking page so you can see those photos and the order details yourself.
Washed and dried the way your clothes need
Based on your preferences and what we found at intake, items go through the right process: regular machine wash and dry, or gentle hand wash and indoor drying for delicates, with stain treatment applied where needed.
Final check before delivery
We inspect everything again and let you know the result of any stain treatment before your order goes out, so there are no surprises.
